How quickly can I move in?

If the office you want is vacant and ready, you can move in very quickly. Once you submit your lease application, we review it within 24 hours. After that, you sign the lease, pay the deposit plus first month’s rent (and any pro-rated amount if applicable), and we issue your keys and fob. Within the first 30 days, we help you get set up with the facilities and the security app.

What is required to move in?

To secure a private office, you typically need:

  • Deposit equal to one month’s rent

  • First month’s rent (plus any pro-rated amount if moving in mid-month)

After payment, you get access to your office, building amenities, and full support to get started.


What is the application process?

  1. Fill out the lease application form on our website.

  2. We review your application within 24 hours.

  3. If approved, we finalize the lease and payment.

  4. Receive keys and fob, then begin your onboarding.


What amenities and services come with the office?

Yes. We offer month-to-month options for qualifying tenants, as well as longer-term leases. Our goal is to match your office space to your team’s growth and operational needs.
