Each Founder Friday offers open coworking access and may feature different programming—ranging from advisory sessions to skill workshops to community conversations—creating an accessible rhythm for learning and connection within the local startup ecosystem.
THINKBIZ CLUB
ThinkBiz, our referral club partner, connects entrepreneurs and small business owners through intentional relationship-building and referral-driven networking. Members participate in structured gatherings focused on referral development and mutual business growth.

Think Tanks are weekly, come-and-go peer discussion sessions where entrepreneurs and small business owners collaborate to solve real business challenges. Structured loosely as a roundtable, these sessions invite participants to share current obstacles, exchange insights, and tap into the collective experience of fellow founders.
PITCH CLINIC
Pitch Clinics offer monthly structured sessions for founders to pitch their business and receive in-depth constructive feedback. Whether stepping up to the stage for the first time or polishing pitching form, Pitch Clinics help founders communicate their value clearly, strengthen their story, and identify areas of improvement before they become risks.
LAUNCH & LEARN
Launch & Learn workshops provide practical, topic-focused training designed to help founders strengthen key aspects of their businesses. Held monthly, these sessions feature guided instruction from experienced entrepreneurs, advisors, and industry practitioners covering key business challenges and common founder pitfalls.
STARTUP GRIND
Startup Grind is a global organization purposed with giving startups everywhere the education and opportunities they need to build, grow, and scale their companies. Through candid conversations with founders and ecosystem leaders, Startup Grind OKC creates space for real stories focusing on what worked, what didn’t, and what was learned along the way.
BUSINESS INCUBATOR
The Incubator supports revenue-generating companies ready to transition from early traction to sustainable growth. Ideal for founders already operating active businesses, the program combines dedicated office space with structured advising, milestone-based strategic planning, and direct mentorship focused on scaling operations, strengthening systems, and expanding market reach.
Participants engage with experienced advisors, peer founders, and targeted programming that addresses real growth challenges—including hiring, capital strategy, operational efficiency, and market development and expansion. Incubator participation requires either Dedicated Desk or Resident membership.
UNLOCKED TAX CREDITS
Project 3810 is a Certified Business Incubator with the Oklahoma Department of Commerce, which qualifies resident incubator companies in good standing and approved graduates of our incubator program for a state business income tax exemption for up to 10 years.
