You might have missed it in that last post about the 3-8-10 cadence, but we've decided to make coworking FREE on the 3rd, 8th, and 10th of every month, in alignment with our cadence. The cadence is about way more than that of course (and you should read up on it), but it seemed like a good time to emphasize this concept, as we've also recently tinkered with our membership tiers in general, for reasons I'll get into below.
So here's a quick look at the new-ish membership tiers:

The takeaway is "Biz - Connect - Flow":
- BIZ is about focused work and light access, which is great for client meetings, conference room use, or getting in the zone between commitments
- CONNECT is for shared space, shared rhythm. Built for community-facing organizations and networking groups (something we've seen demand for but struggled to manage). You get up to 3 fobs for the rate, and ongoing use of the event space for weekly meetings. It's designed for those who gather, host, and contribute to the pulse of our 3810 Egghead Community.
- FLOW is full-access freedom, 24/7. Designed for night owls, side-hustlers, and creatives who work on their own schedule. It includes alarm app access and one fob per person. Come in early, stay late, and move at your own pace.
If you're a supporter (i.e. sponsor one of our spaces), depending on your level of support, we'll throw some free/included memberships your way, so your team or your customers can leverage our space and our community as needed. But this tier is not well defined yet, as we want our supporters to engage with us on how this needs to look to be useful to them.
With all of this, we're trying to meet folks where they're at, while offsetting our administrative burden a bit. By administrative burden, we mean setting you up in our CRM/billing system, setting up a fob, setting up building app access, setting up your access to printing, etc. It doesn't sound like much, but with the ebb and flow of members throughout any given month, it's less of a burden if we're not having to track you down each and every month. Every three months, just a few times a year? Much more manageable. For us, and hopefully for you as well. So we're asking that you commit to a 3-month minimum, but we'll bill you at the easiest to digest rate, monthly, quarterly, or annually. The longer the commitment, the lower the overall price.
So, for example, if you join at the monthly rate, you'll see a charge for that monthly rate, once a month, for at least three months. If you join at the quarterly rate, you'll just see the quarterly charge each quarter. If you join at the annual rate, you'll just see that annual charge. Your most cost-effective option comes out to just ~$83/mo when paid annually.
Are we saying we won't accept your membership if you walk in with cash? Of course not. While that's not ideal for us, and thus why it's not even on our rate chart, we'll get you setup for $200/mo on a month-to-month basis if you need it. We really do want you to feel welcome here, but it shouldn't feel burdensome to you or us, process wise. We're in this business adventure together, after all.
All of the above is for shared access to shared/common space in the building. But what if you just want a dedicated desk? We've got you covered with semi private offices for just $200/mo, and we have many tables on-hand that you can setup in your semi-private space along with your stuff. And our micro-offices start at just $300/mo!
