While we can't tell you exactly what Zoho can do for your business, it does A LOT for us. Our Sales Funnel
When someone makes an inquiry (Zoho Forms) from our website (Zoho Sites), it goes into our CRM (Zoho CRM) as a lead. We make several follow ups, and convert those leads to accounts once they lease. During the leasing process we use Zoho Sign for official documents.
Marketing
In addition to our website (Zoho Sites), Zoho is running our social media (Zoho Social), plus when you sign up for our newsletter (Zoho Campaigns), or when we post a blog, you're seeing Zoho in action.
Our Books and Payment Processing
When you're invoiced for rent, that's Zoho Books in action, and when you pay your rent online, that payment is processed by Zoho Payments.
Memberships
When a new member signs up online (Zoho Sites), they're using a Zoho Form, which is integrated with Zoho Checkout and processed with Zoho Payments.
Room Booking
Booking a conference room? You've used Zoho Bookings, while public requests for use of the Event Center are handled with Zoho Forms, Zoho Checkout, and Zoho Payments.
Our Events
We post our community events on our website (Zoho Sites) with Zoho Calendar, but when we host a large event that needs online ticketing (such as our semi-annual Showcase), we use Zoho Backstage.
Supporting Our Tenants
When you submit a support ticket, you're using Zoho Desk, which also houses our Knowledge Base and Community Forum. Some tickets become (Zoho) Projects.
Back Office
There are a number of other back office functions being handled by Zoho, such as Mail, WorkDrive, Survey, and Flow, among others.
