1.  Event Center Sponsorship

Benefits
    • Company logo/signage will be posted in-room, in a prominent location
    • Company name will be used on all event (e.g. Chamber Meeting in the CompanyName Event Center at Project 3810)
    • Project 3810 assets (signage, handouts, etc) will include company name when referencing the Event Center
    • Full slide on our digital displays throughout the building (essentially a FREE Digital Sponsorship  [see below])
    • The events center seats 100, and hosts both internal and external events

Price: $6000 paid annually or $525 paid monthly
Availability: 1 event center

2. Conference Room Sponsorship

Benefits
    • Company logo/signage will be posted in-room, in a prominent location
    • Project 3810 assets (signage, handouts, etc) will include company name when referencing the conference room
    • The conference room seats 8-15, and hosts both mostly internal events (board meetings, tenant meetings, etc)

Price: $2400 paid annually or $225 paid monthly
Availability: 1 conference room

3. Training Room Sponsorship

Benefits
    • Company logo/signage will be posted in-room, in a prominent location
    • Project 3810 assets (signage, handouts, etc) will include company name when referencing the training room
    • The training room has 12 workstations, and hosts both mostly internal events. It is re-configurable as an alternate conference room when not in training mode

Price: $1200 paid annually or $125 paid monthly
Availability: 1 training room

4. Coworking Lounge Sponsorship

Benefits
    • Company logo/signage will be posted in-room, in a prominent location
    • Company logo on mobile room dividers
    • Project 3810 assets (signage, handouts, etc) will include company name when referencing the coworking lounge
    • The coworking lounge has a conference table for ad-hoc meetings, couches, chairs, and multiple desks for individuals or groups

Price: $750 paid annually or $70 paid monthly
Availability: 1 coworking lounge

5. Break Room Sponsorship

Benefits
    • Company logo/signage will be posted in-room, in a prominent location
    • Project 3810 assets (signage, handouts, etc) will include company name when referencing the conference room

Price: $600 paid annually or $55 paid monthly
Availability: 1 break room

6. Digital Sponsorship

Benefits
    • Full slide on all of our digital displays throughout the building, showing 24/7
    • There are currently 4 digital signs (lobby, event center, break room, corridor), with more being added in the future to other areas

Price: $250 paid monthly (per slide)
