WHAT DOES PARTICIPATION IN ONRAMP INVOLVE?

Participants will engage in structured advising sessions, milestone-based planning, operational diagnostics, and other entrepreneurial programming designed to support business execution and growth readiness. Additionally, this program is intended to be cohort-based, so participants will have the opportunity to progress alongside other founders, allowing for peer learning, accountability, and shared problem-solving.

Participants are expected to actively work on their business, engage in monthly advising sessions, complete milestone objectives, and participate in relevant programming. Individual time commitments may vary by stage and participants, but all participants should expect full engagement.

HOW ARE ONRAMP PHASES STRUCTURED?

The Onramp is a one-year program, and each phase tracks alongside a quarter of the year, meaning each phase will run for at least 3 months. Phases are intended to run sequentially, ensuring the business has the necessary foundations and systems to progress to the next phase.

WHAT MAKES ONRAMP DIFFERENT FROM ACCELERATORS AND INCUBATORS?

Onramp is designed for companies that need to implement, stabilize, and operationalize their business in real conditions. Accelerator programs typically focus on teaching startup fundamentals and validating ideas, whereas incubators are generally designed for revenue-generating companies ready to scale, optimize performance, and expand operations with structured growth support.

ARE THERE BENEFITS TO INCUBATOR PARTICIPATION?

Yes. Project 3810 is a Certified Business Incubator with the Oklahoma Department of Commerce, which qualifies Incubator participant companies in good standing and approved graduates of the Incubator for a state tax exemption on business earnings for up to 10 years.

WHAT KINDS OF BUSINESSES ARE BEST SUITED FOR THE INCUBATOR?

The Incubator supports revenue-generating companies, typically falling into two categories: (1) emerging, growth-stage companies under 5 years old in need of mentorship and advising in scaling operations and accelerating market and company growth; and (2) established companies exploring new product spin-offs, technology commercialization opportunities, or pivots into other markets that are in need of a soft landing and support.

IS THERE A MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENT FOR THE INCUBATOR?

Yes, participation in the Incubator requires Dedicated Desk or Residence membership to participate, as occupancy is required for the participant's tax exemption liability.

IS THERE A FEE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE INCUBATOR?

Yes, the Incubator requires a flat monthly program fee of $100 in addition to the cost of Dedicated Desk or Residence membership.

ARE THERE REVENUE REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY?

Companies applying to the Incubator should have revenues at or exceeding $100,000 in annual recurring revenue to ensure baseline business functions are stable. However, the Incubator may still be a fit for companies below this revenue threshold in some cases.

WHAT DOES APPLYING TO THE INCUBATOR LOOK LIKE?

Applicants are expected to complete an intake application followed by a review process that may include interviews or business assessments to determine fit and stage alignment. Admission to the Incubator is based on stage fit, program capacity, and coachability. Membership and/or participation in any of our other programs, including Onramp, does not guarantee admission to the Incubator.

WHAT DOES PARTICIPATION IN THE INCUBATOR LOOK LIKE?

Participants will engage in structured advising sessions, milestone-based planning, operational diagnostics, and other entrepreneurial programming designed to support business execution and growth readiness. Additionally, this program is intended to be cohort-based, so participants will have the opportunity to progress alongside other founders, allowing for peer learning, accountability, and shared problem-solving.

WHAT ARE EXPECTATIONS FOR PARTICIPANTS?

Participants are expected to actively work on their business, engage in monthly advising sessions, complete milestone objectives, and participate in relevant programming. Individual time commitments may vary by stage and participants, but all participants should expect full engagement.

HOW ARE THE INCUBATOR AND ONRAMP DIFFERENT?

Onramp focuses on operational readiness and stabilization for early-stage companies, while the Incubator supports companies that already have functional revenue and operations and are focused on optimizing performance and expanding.

WHAT MAKES THE INCUBATOR DIFFERENT THAN A BUSINESS CONSULTANT?

Unlike standalone consulting, the Incubator provides ongoing structured support over time, milestone accountability systems, access to a deeper entrepreneurial community and peer engagement, and integrated advising aligned to execution, not just general recommendations. Advising is structured around milestone goal planning and customized to participants.

HOW IS PROGRESS MEASURED AND WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?

Participant progress is tracked through business-specific performance indicators, milestone completion, and growth benchmarks established during initial baseline assessments. Success in the program typically includes increased and more predictable revenue, improved operational efficiency, scalable customer acquisition systems, and readiness for business or market expansion, capital acquisition or investment, or long-term growth.

IF PROGRESS STALLS IN THE INCUBATOR, WHAT THEN?

If participant progress stalls, the Incubator provides structured reassessment, revised milestones, or strategic adjustment recommendations. In some cases, companies may be advised to return to earlier-stage support programming, such as the Onramp program.
